Dr. Gaul is currently accepting new clients for Naturopathic Visits, however there is usually a waiting time to have your first appointment. We limit the number of new patients that are accepted per day in order to maintain optimal repeat visit times.

Dr. Gaul does maintain a cancellation list if you are flexible enough to take a cancellation on short notice. Clients on the cancellation list may be prioritized dependent on the nature of their chief complaints -- urgent and life-threatening health conditions will take precedence. If you wish to be on the cancellation list, we recommend that you have your forms filled out and returned, this will increase your priority on the list.

It is important that you feel comfortable with making an appointment with Dr. Gaul. We do offer the option of a brief pre-consultation appointment where you may talk to Dr. Gaul and ensure that she is the right doctor for you. This may take place personally or on the phone. We charge a small amount for this appointment that is credited back to you if you come in for an initial visit. Waiting times remain the same.

Prior to your appointment, please fill out your Comprehensive Patient Profile Form and RETURN IT TO US 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! We endeavor to remind you of your first visit one week prior by phone.

The following visits are available to established patients only (patients that have already attended an initial naturopathic office visit):

Return Office Visits

Regular return office visits are about a half hour and they allow Dr. Gaul to be updated on your condition and make any adjustments necessary to your plan.

Extended Return Office Visit

If you have not been to our office for over 18 months, an extended first office visit is booked, which is 45 minutes long. If you require extra time, you may book this type of appointment as well.

Brief Office Visit

When an established patient is acutely ill, we may book you for a brief appointment. This appointment is for 15 minutes, and allows Dr. Gaul to do a brief physical exam and treatment plan for an acute illness.

IM Visit

This is a 10 minute appointment to administer intramuscular vitamins. Vitamins are billed seperately in addition to the visit.

Metabolic Typing Visit

Metabolic typing visits are testing visits that last 30 minutes. You must have followed the instructions to ensure the best testing, and be ready to give a urine sample (or bring one along) to your appointment. The data is collected on this visit, and you will receive a report regarding the results within a few business days including the imbalances found, the best balancing diet foryour current situation, and a list of best and worst supplements for your imbalances.

Return Neural Therapy

If you are already a patient of Dr. Gaul's, book a Return Neural Therapy. No form is necessary for this appointment.

BioAcoustics

BioAcoustic visits are 45minutes and consist of a vocalprint analysis, a testing session for therapeutic sounds, a sound presentation, and a nutrition report.

Neural therapy is a effective and tested technique for addressing pain, musculoskeletal imbalance, and nervous system dysfunction.

We allow patients to come into our practice as Neural Therapy - only clients. Please note that this is NOT the equivalent of a Initial Naturopathic Visit. In a Neural Therapy Initial visit, we take a history and do a session of neural therapy if appropriate. Clients wishing to have naturopathic care are welcome to come in for an initial naturopathic appointment (see left). Current waiting times apply.
