A form of bony manipulation similar to chiropractic, designed to re-establish normal movement.

Cranial sacral

The cornerstone of the CS system is the finding that the bones of the skull are able to move as the cerebrospinal fluid moves through the membranes.

Physiotherapy

Including treatments using standard physio equipment such as ultrasound, sine wave machines, electrical muscle stimulation, interferential, diathermy, infrared, ultraviolet etc.

Massage techniques

Wonderful commentary and wisdom from Randy Persad, massage therapist and instructor extraordinaire.

The techniques above are unique in that many of them really require a practitioner or partner to complete successfully. There are several naturopathic treatments which you can do at home:

Home hydrotherapy for Colds and Flu

Three home treatments to try.

Carrot poultice

Indicated for sore throat, especially in kids.

Mustard pack

Chest plaster for lung congestion.

Castor oil pack

For a multitude of uses!
